Job Objectives: 
* To Achieve Sales & Profit targets in North America, EU, Middle East, South East Asia and other regions 
* Set up distributors network and work out sales approach to key accounts 
* Pursue sales leads; Promote new product, develop new customers 
* Contribute to market strategy and implementation 
* Develop High performing team 
Main Responsibilities: 
1. Achieve agreed targets for: Margin /sales / costs / inventories / receivables. 
2. Execute agreed sales & marketing strategy to coordinate oversea market strategy. 
3. Sales management: Monitor support and advice sales activities. 
4. Sales network management: retain and manage distributors. 
5. Establish close communications with senior management of customers. 
6. Leading, coaching & developing the sales team 
7. Identify potential new business opportunities for. 
8. Develop and implement Account Plans 
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Oilfield / Food / Water treatment / Chemistry. 
2. Work Experience: Ideal candidate would have minimum 5 years related experience (chemicals or oilfield services) with export sales knowledge. 
3. Technical and Professional Knowledge: 
Must be capable of working in a multi-tasking environment, be team-oriented and be able to handle difficult situations and solve problems efficiently & effectively.
